The detection kit is intended for mutual qualitative detection of Mycobacteria tuberculosis and Mycobacteria bovis. It provides the answer whether the M.tuberculosis and/or M.bovis are present in the sample. The method allows reliable detection of down to 5 copies of Mycobacteria-specific DNA molecules per reaction.
