Our diagnostic and genotyping kits are based on real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology and manufactured by whole cycle production principle under stringent conditions, meeting requirements of GMP standard. PCR is the most precise, reliable and express method of molecular diagnostics, which is widely used in IVD applications. Real-time PCR is an improvement of classical PCR assay, providing reduced risk of contamination and making routine analysis easy and safe. This is achieved by means of highly specific fluorescent probes developed to provide both the qualitative detection and allelic discrimination of pathogen. In the EU countries, the share of PCR amounts up to 80% of laboratory analysis. Such popularity explained by high analytical sensitivity and specificity of PCR, underlying its advantage over microscopic, cultural and hybridization approaches. Our kits are open and can be ran on any opened technological platform capable of performing threshold and melting curve analysis. This makes assay more flexible and cost-effective compared to closed solutions.
