Sterilizers VK-30-2-"DGM"; VK-50-2-"DGM"; VK-80-2-"DGM" with VERTIKAL load of 30, 50 and 75 liters of helpful volume are used for the sterilization by water-saturated steam of surgical and dental instruments, glass flacons, rubber and textile products, metal and plastic ware, as well as - of microbiological environments and solutions. They are used in hospitals, outpatient clinics, drugstores, ophthalmic and dental offices, as well as in medical and scientific laboratories. Ability to sterilize the packaged and unpackaged products: solid (such as metal tools, glass) hollow (including long cavities - tubular products) and a porous structure (such as textiles and rubber).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION, FEATURES AND OPERATION DEVICES STERILIZERS VK SERIES -2-"DGM”

- The sterilizing chamber and wall panel of the sterilizer is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

- Sterilizers - floor panel equipped with transport wheels with brakes, making it easy to move them inside the building.

- A quick-lock cover by means of silicone sealant special shape ensures the necessary tightness at an overpressure or vacuum in the process, and is easy to handle and maintain. The lid is equipped with an automatic fixing and automatic locking power supply to the heating elements.

- Established a special vacuum pump to remove air during the sterilization and drying the sterilized material.

- Automatic control of water level in the evaporator and on the control panel display.

- Management of the sterilization process is carried out by microprocessor. It allows to set the temperature of from 110 to 134 ° C and exposition of sterilization time up to 300 minutes. Stable maintenance of temperature in the sterilization process ± 0,5 ° C. The temperature in the chamber and the time remaining until the end of the sterilization exposure and drying, is monitored on the control panel.

- For a visual control of pressure the combination of manometer and of vacuum gauge is installed.

- Control functions allow you to disable automatic reset of steam and condensate, as well as the drying mode.

- 6 built-in work programs and 2 freely programmable.

- To operate the sterilizer a standard electrical earthing-pin with a voltage of 220V and electrical zero only is required as the sterilizer is equipped with a capacity for discharge of steam and condensate and does not require connection to the water supply and sanitation system.

- To operate the sterilizer a distilled water is used.
