GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES AND OPERATION DEVICES STERILIZERS SERIES VK-"DGM”

- Sterilization chamber, the hull and the panel sterilizer is made of stainless steel grade AISI 304 .

- Sterilizers - basis panel equipped with transport wheels with brakes, making it easy to move them inside the building.

- Sliding towards cover with quick-lock and the upper clamping screw by means of a silicone sealant provides the necessary sealing and is easy to use and maintain. The lid is equipped with an automatic clamp and automatic blocking a power supply to the heating elements.

- Removal of air - via gravity, it occurs automatically through a mechanical and solenoid valves.

- Automatic control of the water level in the evaporator and accordingly there is an indication on the control panel also.

- Management of the sterilization process is carried out by microprocessor. It allows to set the temperature of from 105 to 132 ° C and sterilization soaking time up to 300 minutes.

- Stable maintenance of the sterilization process temperature ± 0,5 ° C. The temperature in the chamber and the time remaining until the end of the sterilization exposure and drying is showed on the control panel.

- The pressure gauge installed for a visual control .

- Control functions allow you to disable automatic reset of steam and condensate, as well as the drying mode.

- Connection of the sterilizer requires a water-supplying and standard electrical earthing-pin with a voltage of 220V and the ground loop.

- The distilled water is used in the working process of the sterilizer.
